Trim in the Gym

Trim the in gym is a Centre-run class which combines the fitness suite with Circuits, moving around the machines and doing group stretching and floor exercises. This class helps build, stamina, strength, muscular endurance and  core stability.


Zoe:  "In my class people work at their own level, I try to make it as much fun as possible so that you laugh your way through the exercises and then enjoy a nice cuppa afterwards in our reception! Every one attending is friendly and there is no clique, ages vary from 20's to 60's"

Thursday 10am - 11am
