H.I.I.T is a NEW class that we have recently started. It is a high and intense 30minute class, so for those on the go this is the class for you! There are 10 exercises with 3 Rounds. The aim is to keep the exericises fast and furious and the breaks quick.
"this is a great full body workout. I incorporate muscular endurance and cardio so that you feel the full benefits of the activity. By having short breaks it means that the exercises are tougher which means working harder and a bigger reward at the end. H.I.I.T is great fun and very sociable whilst still getting a great workout"
