A circuit class uses a form of body conditioning and high intenisty aerobic workout, targeting strength building and muscular endurance.


" Circuits is ten stations, four rounds. Each station targets a different muscle group to improve your cardio and musclar endruance whilst  helping you get that toned look quicker. We work for an allocated amount of time on each station then get straight onto the next station. After all the ten stations are completed, we have a short rest time and start again! This class is quite intense but it allows you to work at your own pace."

Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm
