A body tone class is a full body conditioning and strength workout; improving functional strength, flexibility and co-ordination. It is also excellent for core strength.
" The class starts with a cardio warm up followed by static stretching targeting the whole body. In the class we aim for muscular endurance in a fun way, mixing it up to improve your cardio as well. We do a variety of exercises incorporating the upper and lower body as well as a 10 minute core workout. We then end with a cool down. It is intense but you can work at your own pace, I try to make the class as comfortable, fun and welcoming as possible at all times."
